About Crest
Crest Home Inspection is a local home inspection company located in the heart of Fort Worth, TX. We serve all of the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex and surrounding counties.
Both inspectors are graduates of the American Home Inspectors Training Institute. James “Bart” Bradberry and Frank Zak are licensed by the state of Texas as professional real estate inspectors, license #9015 and #8991 respectively. To stay ahead of an ever-changing industry, each inspector receives more than the required 16 hours of continuing education required by the state each year.
Bart and Frank are proud members of TAREI, a statewide organization that promotes a professional code of ethics for its members and provides support and continuing education opportunities as well as continual upgrades and reviews of the minimum standards expected of its members. Crest Home Inspection is also an affiliate member of the Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors.
At Crest Home Inspection all inquiry calls and emails are answered in person by our office manager Lisa who sets up all appointments and inspections. We are dedicated to providing you the expertise, integrity and value that you deserve.
